5 week Reset & Release
for WildFit graduates
Our next class starts on July 6th & here's the agenda:
Week 1: WildFit Fall with abundant fruit & root vegetables. Make a shopping list! Sunday, July 12th: optional one day fast
Week 2: WildFit Spring. We'll take a vacation from the fruit and all things sweet and have abundant green vegetables.
Week 3 & 4: more WildFit Spring!
Friday, July 31-Aug 2: Optional 3 day fast, and this is WildFit Winter.
Week 5: Gently break the fast with WildFit Summer.
