5 week Reset & Release
Here's the agenda:
Week 1: WILDFIT Fall with abundant fruit & root vegetables.
Day 7: optional one day fast as a rest & repair for your digestive system
Week 2: WILDFIT Spring. We'll take a vacation from the fruit and all things sweet and enjoy abundant green vegetables.
Week 3 & 4: more WILDFIT Spring!
Day 26-28: Optional 3 day fast, and this is WILDFIT Winter.
Week 5: Gently break the fast with WILDFIT Summer.
